Janet Mefferd has worked in Christian radio for more than 20 years, winning Best Morning Show from the Alaska Broadcasters Assocation for her work at KICY-AM in Nome. She also was a broadcaster for KCFA-AM in Anchorage and WYLL-FM in Chicago and served for four years as a news anchor and reporter for SRN News, based in Washington, D.C.
