        The Neil Simon comedy LOST IN YONKERS plays at 7 Friday, and at 3 Sunday, July 5, at the Lonesome Valley Playhouse in Prescott Valley. Tickets by calling 420-3321.

            Visit the animals until 8 every Friday and Saturday night for SUMMER NIGHTS AT THE ZOO at the Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary.

            The Annual LIONS PANCAKE BREAKFAST is 6 to 10 Saturday morning at the First Congregational Church on Gurley Street in Prescott.

            The GHERAL BROWNLOW MEMORIAL RACE takes off from Pioneer Park at 6:30 Saturday morning.

            THE PRESCOTT FARMER’S MARKET fills the Yavapai  College parking lot from 7:30 to noon Saturday with fresh local produce, baked goods and more. [Saturdays thru October]

            PRESCOTT FRONTIER DAYS PARADE circles downtown Prescott with more than 150 entries beginning at 9 Saturday morning, followed by the WHISKEY ROW BOOT RACE. All-day Fourth of July fun is at Pioneer Park in Prescott; Chino Valley Community Park; and Mountain Valley Park in Prescott Valley, with fireworks beginning at dusk in Prescott and Prescott Valley. A WHISKEY ROW STREET DANCE is 4 to 11 Saturday in downtown Prescott.

            The 4th annual REBEL CAR SHOW AND MUSIC FESTIVAL is 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., at Watson Lake Park.

            The public is invited to an all-you-can eat ICE CREAM SOCIAL from 2 to 4 Saturday at Las Fuentes Resort Village in Prescott.

Treks around the Prescott area are held year-round,

every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8am,

and vary in length from 1-4 miles.

Hikes are led by staff and volunteers

from the Prescott Rec. Dept., YMCA

and Yavapai Co. Health Department.
